Multan Cricket Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. The stadium is located off Vehari Road, in the suburbs of Multan. It is primarily used for cricket matches. Multan Cricket Stadium hosted its first Test match in 2001 when Pakistan took on Bangladesh in the Asian Test Championship. Boasting one of the greenest outfields visible in the country, Multan Cricket Stadium also played host to one memorable Pakistan-India Test that saw Virender Sehwag smash a career-best 309 and enable India to inflict an innings defeat over Pakistan.
