Lahore is the cultural capital of the country and Alhamra is the heart of Lahore. It was designed by illustrious Architect Mr. Nayyar Ali Dada and is located on Mall Road that has been renamed as Shahrah Quaid-e-Azam. It is also called as the Alhamra Hall, Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore Arts Council and Alhamra Art Gallery. Alhamra Arts Council offers various artists of all genres with space and opportunity to their art. There are six theatres and auditoriums that arrange various programs in areas of music, concerts, seminars, lectures, drama, workshops, award ceremonies and school functions. Its art gallery is the largest in the province that arranges art shows whole of the year. It also has an academy conducting music instruments learning courses including guitar, tabla, flute, violin, harmonium and sitar.

His contribution to Urdu literature makes him a model for 21st century writers for plot construction, bitter realism and whimsical dialogue. OLOMOPOLO Media commits to paying tribute to those who have contributed to the arts and culture of the country and Saadat Hasan Manto is one of them.

For the fourth year in a row, Olomopolo Media pays tribute to Manto again with the third edition of Absolut Manto.

Olomopolo Media has established itself as a Cultural and Social Production Hub, pivoted around the organization, design and execution of Performing Arts and Visual Media. It holds weekly events at their activity center, the OLO Junction, including theatrical & interactive performances like dramatic readings, film screenings, dance and musical performances, social talk sessions, stand-up comedy acts, open mic nights, readings circles etc.

Olomopolo Media was founded by Kanwal Khoosat, who is partnered up with Fyque Nadeem, Iram Sana and Vicky Zhuang Yi-Yin. Its objective is to enhance the value of Visual, Performing & Media Arts as a tool for social sensitization and social advocacy for public awareness of their ethical development and socio-cultural sophistication.
